MPH Associates, Inc. is the exclusive United States distributor of Boeri Ski and Snowboarding Helmets. MPH Associates, Inc. is not responsible for typographical errors. Prices may change without notice. MPH Associates, Inc. will only accept orders shipped to the United States.

Please be assured any and all information gathered on our web site is strictly for the purpose of processing your orders and to respond to requests for information from you. The information you provide or may have already provided to Boeri Sport USA - MPH Associates, Inc. may be used for marketing efforts by Boeri Sport USA - MPH Associates, Inc. or companies within the snowsports industry. If you want us to remove your information at any time, please contact us at [email protected].


Ordering & Shipping

All orders are shipped by MPH Associates, Inc. from Norwood Massachusetts, with the exception of Teton Gravity Research films, which are shipped from Jackson Hole, Wyoming by Teton Gravity Research. Shipment methods are UPS Ground and Federal Express. Transit time listed on the site is the average from the time that the order ships from our warehouse. As always, we do our best to get your product to you in a timely fashion.

PLEASE NOTE:  Your credit card statement will reflect a charge from MPH Associates, Inc. - NOT Boeri Sport USA. Please make note of this. There will be a $10 fee for all invalid "charge backs."


Returns & Exchanges

Exchanges are limited to damaged or defective product, sizing issues, or incorrect product. If you have a sizing issue, please refer to our sizing guide on the website, or contact Boeri Sport USA / MPH Associates, Inc. Web Customer Service at [email protected]. We have many tips to help you overcome a sizing issue.

Before you can return ANY merchandise, you must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number by following the instructions below:

Send an e-mail to [email protected] or call 800-394-6741x99 (please indicate that you ordered from the website).

Please include the following information in your e-mail:

1.) Title your subject with: Return + Order #

2.) Describe the reason for your returning merchandise. If you have a sizing issue, please refer to our sizing guide on the website, or contact Boeri Sport USA / MPH Associates, Inc. Web Customer Service at [email protected]. We have many tips to help you overcome a sizing issue.

3.) Your address and contact information.

Once we receive the e-mail, we will reply with a Return Authorization (RA) number so that you can either send your product back or take steps to ensure the correct fit. Instructions for returning product will be detailed in the message. We strongly recommend that you ship your returned product via UPS, Federal Express, or Certified Mail so that the package can be tracked.

The United States Postal Service DOES NOT have tracking capability. Please keep any return shipping records in the event of a problem.

The RA is to be clearly marked on all packaging. Returned packages without a RA will be refused and the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs.


Returning Merchandise for Refund:

Boeri Sport USA / MPH Associates, Inc. has a 30-day, money-back guarantee on all products. The merchandise must be unused and in NEW condition. The customer will be responsible for ALL shipping costs on returned merchandise, with the exception of incorrect product shipped by MPH. Boeri Sport USA / MPH Associates, Inc. is not responsible for packaging costs. Take care to opening packages so as not to destroy the packaging.

All returns for refund will be assessed a 15% restocking fee, unless the product was shipped in error. A refund will be credited to the your original credit card. Shipping charges will not be refunded, unless the product was originally shipped in error.
